Our technique for FUE Sapphire allows our team to achieve natural direction and angle to the incisions.

Sapphire

Micro blades

Sapphire blades help us create natural-looking incisions that do not hinder blood circulation and tissue quality.

Achieving more accurate incisions by using various diameter sized blades in different parts of the recipient area. This is imperative, as creating incisions is one of the essential stages of hair transplant surgery.

Mapping

Natural-looking

We create natural-looking results as our specialists carefully map your hair growth before implantation so they know where and on what angle to place each follicle.

What makes FUEHUB Sapphire so remarkable is our ability to create all this with digitalised mapping.

Incisions

Carefully Crafted

Carefully crafted incisions that are smaller, play a significant role in the density.  Being able to manoeuvre the angle and direction of the incisions will result in giving naturality to the new hair follicles following the procedure.

The incisions created do not hinder blood circulation and the quality of the tissue remains high. This promotes a quicker healing process for your scalp.

Smooth

Sharp and Precise

We use one of the most precious gemstones called Sapphire.  They are sharp and help us create smoother incisions.  These incisions promote a faster healing process.

Consultation

No Obligation

Our 3D photography-based simulation of a patient's potential results will help to set up realistic patient expectations.

During the consultation, our expert Doctors will design a personalised cosmetic plan with the patient's input.

We will then illustrate different options by using the available preset tools that show various graft counts and hair distribution.  This is not just an educational simulation tool but this will increase your confidence regarding our procedural outcomes.

The procedure itself is very comfortable for our patients, and we have been told time and time again that the day was a breeze. Some patients have even said that it was like a “day at the spa”.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is FUE?

Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), more commonly referred to as FUE.  FUE is a minimally invasive hair restoration treatment that demands a particular skill and excellent precision to achieve the best result.

With FUE, individual hair follicles are transferred one at a time, from the back of the scalp, where hair is densest, to the area where hair has thinned.  The hairs are extracted with advanced technology involving a micro drill.  The main benefit of this method relates to the "sutureless" donor area which allows patients to wear their hair very short without revealing telling evidence of surgery.

Our FUE approach is done by hand or by robotic assistance known as the hybrid manual and robotic approaches.

How FUE works?

FUE works with our state of the art microdrill, which is used to extract naturally occurring groups of one to four hairs, and transplant these to the area of the scalp - the balding area.

We take great care in preparing the follicular units, and our surgeons will first work to remove groups of between one and four hairs.  We will extract these groups of hairs from the sides of the head and back of the neck using specialised instruments. These follicles are then carefully transferred to the recipient area of the scalp and implanted using a powerful stereo microscope.

Our team will carefully implant the hairs at the correct angle to mimic the old hair, just as it would naturally grow. An essential step that will help you achieve your natural looks.

Is FUE right for me?

It can be hard to know if FUE is right for you, or even if you are a good candidate for FUE hair transplantation. One of the things that you need for FUE is healthy hair growth at the back and sides of the head, in order to serve as a donor area for follicles to be harvested from.  Other factors, such as hair colour, texture and waviness or curliness may also affect the cosmetic result.

The quickest way to find out if FUE is right for you is to book an online consultation (non-obligatory).  We can easily help you with any questions, and determine whether or not you would be a good candidate for FUE.

Does FUE hurt?

FUE is a minimally invasive surgical procedure administered under local anaesthetic, pain is minimised, and most patients do not feel anything at all.  You will be conscious for the entire time while the procedure is administered.

There will be some mild discomfort during the recovery process, but this only lasts around two or three days.  The recommended medications will fasten the healing process if used correctly.  The risk of complications resulting from FUE is also extremely low as we provide prophylaxis medication before and after the surgery.

There can be an option for sedation if requested.

How much does

The results of an FUE hair transplant

FUE is widely known to be the best hair transplant technique currently around.  What makes FUE so remarkable is the way hairs are implanted: experienced specialists carefully map your hair growth before implantation so they know where and on what angle to place each follicle.

It's an exacting process that takes a lot of experience and expertise, but we believe the result is worth it: with a successful FUE transplant, donor hair grows, moves and feels the way it used to.

This is the highest-quality hair transplant available.

As this is your natural hair, just moved from place to place, it will grow exactly as normal hair and is permanent.  There is no need for pills, potions and creams, just enjoy your natural hair.
